Built for Maui businesses, by a Maui team.

Our founder Joe Elgin grew up in IT. His father ran an IT business, and Joe’s first job was working for him. After college, he spent years inside enterprise cybersecurity companies in Silicon Valley, where he learned what world-class IT infrastructure and support actually looks like.

What kept pulling him back was the smaller businesses. The ones without in-house IT departments, where a single tech failure could shut down an entire team, and where the owner was trying to build something meaningful without the right support system around them.

Five years ago, Joe moved to Maui and founded Maui Tech Support. Not because the market demanded it. Because the community needed it. We grew into a team, and today we bring that same level of support to local Maui businesses every day.
