Our team monitors your Microsoft 365 environment for suspicious activity, risky sign-ins, potential account compromise, and unusual user behavior. This goes beyond what the standard Microsoft 365 settings watch for, we are actively looking so you do not have to be.
Phishing emails, spoofed senders, impersonation attempts, and malicious links are identified and blocked before they reach your team. Your inbox gets smarter protection than Microsoft provides by default.
Your staff receive ongoing training to help them recognize suspicious emails before they click. This includes simulated phishing exercises and real-world guidance, because your team is your first line of defense and we want to make sure they are ready.
When a security alert is triggered we review it, investigate what happened, and coordinate next steps. Whether that means a password reset, an account review, or flagging something unusual, our team responds immediately so small issues do not become big ones.
We review and strengthen your Microsoft 365 security settings including multifactor authentication, antispoofing protections, email authentication records, mailbox security, and user account protection. Think of it as a tune-up for your security configuration, done right and kept current.
